Ad and Sponsorship Resources for Parents
Thank you for your help soliciting ads and sponsorships for the 2011 Commencement Journal.
This is one of our biggest fundraisers because every family in our school community gets into the act. We ask that every family sell at least two ads. Many families go the extra mile and do much more!
We encourage you to ask local businesses to put ads in the concert program, as well as seek support from individuals. Below is what you need to get started.

This year, we have made information about ads available on our website. This means that in addition to giving family members, friends and local businesses the information in hard copy, you can point them to the ad and sponsorship page on our website:

We are encouraging everyone to submit their ads electronically via email. Ad payment & ad forms still need to be returned to the main office. Sponsorships can also be paid online. Be sure to make a note that it is a commencement jounal ad in the "Gift notes or special instruction" expandable box. Electronic submissions may be sent to Sandy Carey at scarey@mustardseedschool.org. All ads, sponsorships and payments are due Friday, June 3, 2011.
We know that many of you are already thinking about possible submissions -- will you make an ad for your student? For your business? Do you have grandparents who would like to provide sponsorship? Would your family doctor or favorite store embrace the opportunity to reach our audience? Over the years, we’ve seen some wildly creative ads and been humbled by the generosity of our sponsors. We can’t wait to see the 2011 Commencement Program!
